Vrees Return & Refund Policy

At Vrees, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. Our products are built for long days on the water and we stand behind their quality and comfort. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Boots must be returned in their original retail box

  • The retail box must not be used as the shipping box

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to help.

Customers may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. We recommend trying your boots on indoors to ensure the right fit before wearing them outside.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vrees.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Warranty

Vrees products are designed for durability and performance. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team. We review warranty claims on a case-by-case basis and will repair or replace eligible items when possible.
