Vrees Shipping Policy

At Vrees, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly so you can spend more time doing what you love—being on the water.

Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, timelines, and policies.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may increase during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Methods

We ship orders using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery time estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

From time to time, Vrees may offer promotional free shipping offers within the United States.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times and additional shipping charges.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@vrees.com, and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will work quickly to replace or resolve the issue.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vrees.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
